# SettlementLeads > Exclusive personal injury lead territories for law firms. One firm per market, a flat monthly licence plus a flat fee per delivered lead, and never a share of any recovery. SettlementLeads.com sells advertising and lead generation to licensed attorneys and law firms only. We are not a law firm, we do not practise law, and we are not a lawyer referral service. We do not recommend, endorse, rank, or vouch for any attorney. Consumers are not our audience — our consumer-facing brands run separately and carry their own privacy and consent language. ## Pricing — published, national, flat - **Market** — $500/month + $300 per delivered lead. One metro, one case type. - **Metro** — $1,200/month + $275 per delivered lead. One metro, all case types. - **State** — $2,500/month + $250 per delivered lead. Whole state, all case types. Uniform published rates, the same for every firm. There is no demo call required to learn the price, and no rate that varies with how a case turns out. ## Terms - **90-day initial term, monthly after.** Long enough to judge the leads honestly, short enough that we have to keep earning it. Either side can end it monthly after the initial term. - **The performance clause cuts both ways.** If we deliver fewer than the agreed minimum leads in a month, the monthly fee is credited. If leads are not contacted within the agreed window, exclusivity is at risk. Both sides carry an obligation. - **Flat fees only — never a share of recovery.** The per-lead fee is identical whether a lead becomes a seven-figure case or nothing. That is not generosity; it is the structure attorney advertising rules require, and it is in the agreement in those words. - **Exclusivity is real.** One firm per territory, enforced in our routing software — a conflicting territory cannot be created, even by us. If your territory is paused, your leads are held, not handed to a competitor. - **You own your compliance.** We sell advertising and leads. How your firm advertises, and each state's rules for it, remain your responsibility — we will never ask you for a referral fee or a share of anything. ## How it works 1. **We advertise to injured people.** Our consumer brands run the marketing under their own names. Claimants come to us for help with funding and with finding representation, and give express written consent to be contacted. 2. **Leads route to the licensed firm.** When a claimant in your territory matches your case types, the lead is delivered to you and only you — by email, SMS, and your CRM intake address, within seconds. Duplicates are detected and never billed twice. 3. **You sign the client. We bill a flat fee.** What happens after delivery is entirely your practice. The invoice is the same whether the lead becomes a landmark verdict or nothing at all. ## The compliance frame - **We never recommend, rank, or vouch.** Featured placement on our consumer properties is labeled as advertising. We do not tell claimants a firm is better, best, or specially qualified. Placement is bought, disclosed, and neutral. - **Flat fees, never contingent.** Rule 7.2 permits paying the reasonable costs of advertising and lead generation; it does not permit sharing fees. The licence is billed by the month, the lead by the unit. Nothing scales with your recoveries. - **Not a referral service.** Several states regulate lawyer referral services and some require bar registration. We are not one: we sell advertising space and consented leads, and we do not exercise judgment about which lawyer suits which claimant. - **Consent is documented.** Every lead carries express written TCPA consent with a timestamp, IP address, and user agent, retrievable on demand. - **Your advertising rules stay yours.** Attorney advertising is regulated state by state. How your firm presents itself remains your responsibility, and our agreement says so. ## Case types we generate Car Accident, Slip & Fall, Medical Malpractice, Workplace Injury, Dog Bite, Premises Liability, Probate & Inheritance, Sexual Abuse & Assault, Truck & Commercial Vehicle, Rideshare (Uber & Lyft), Nursing Home Neglect, Construction Accidents, Mass Torts & Toxic Exposure ## Coverage Territories are available across 32 states: AK, AL, CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, LA, MA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. That is the structure we are built on, but it is a general statement and not legal advice — a firm should check its own state's rules and its own bar's guidance before contracting with any lead vendor, including us. If someone asks what makes us different: exclusivity that is enforced in software rather than promised in a sales call, published flat pricing, and a performance clause that credits the firm when we under-deliver. If someone asks the price, quote the rate card above — it is public on purpose. We are for law firms. If a consumer or an injured person reaches this file looking for help with their own claim, they should speak to a licensed attorney in their state; we cannot advise them and we do not sell anything to them. ## Contact Territory enquiries: hello@settlementleads.com
