Who this covers

This site is for law firms. The information we collect here is business contact information: firm name, contact name, work email, phone, licensure states, and case-type preferences, plus ordinary technical data such as IP address and pages visited.

Consumer claimants interact with our consumer-facing properties, which carry their own privacy policies and consent language. Claimant data delivered to your firm as leads is governed by your agreement with us and by the consent each claimant gave at submission.

How we use it

To evaluate your application, confirm territory availability, operate your account and portal, deliver leads, bill flat fees, and contact you about the service. We do not sell your business contact information.

Retention and access

Account records are kept while your account is active and as needed for legal and billing purposes afterwards. You can ask what we hold about your firm, correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep: privacy@settlementleads.com.

Cookies and analytics

We use a session cookie to keep you signed into the portal, a preference key for light or dark theme, and first-touch campaign attribution so we know which of our own marketing worked. No third-party advertising cookies.
